Shipping, Return and Refund Policies

Free and Standard Shipping delivery time is between 5 to 12 business days. Faster shipping services are an option at a rate at checkout.

Warranty:

Limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be provided, and the product must be returned for inspection. The liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our sole discretion.

Return Policy:

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item sold by ForaCare Technology Canada, Inc. for any of the following reasons:

  • Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories. The items have never been used and the test strip boxes have not been opened.

  • Item was received damaged or defective. 

  • Incorrect item was shipped. 

Returns must be authorized by ForaCare Canada. To do this, please call Customer Service at (604)358-4040 to discuss your product return request.

Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll exchange your item, or provide a refund. We’ll also provide shipping reimbursement if your return is the result of our error. We do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

For Glucose Meters, or any of FORA’s test strips: 
We do not accept returns of blood glucose monitors or their accessories (test strips and lancets) due to Health Canada regulations unless the products have been shipped in error.

To report a shipping error please call 604-358-4040 and our Customer Service team will provide return label and also ship out the proper items to you quickly.

Returned product must be in the original packaging and packed in a second container (external packaging), unless otherwise noted in the return authorization.
